Purchases made at SimplyFlavor are non-returnable at any time. While we do not foresee a problem with our flavors, if you do find that you experience a problem, please contact us right away so that we may assist you. We recommend that you start with our 4oz size and test it with your application before purchasing larger sizes.
Refunds (in cases where they are applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you via email that your returned item is received. In addition, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected. In case you are approved, then your refund will be processed immediately and you should get the credit on your credit card or another method of payment within a certain period of time.
Late or missing refunds (in cases where they are applicable) please reach out to us at [email protected] as a reminder so we can help take care of any issues.
While it doesn't happen often, occasionally the shipping carrier may damage or lose a package. We understand this is frustrating and will work with you to remedy the issue by getting you in contact with the postage carrier. Once your product has left our facility and has been accepted by the carrier, we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged products. Most carriers offer minimum insurance included in the cost of the postage, but if you would like additional insurance on your package please email us with your request before placing the order and we will accommodate your request.
Any order with a weight exceeding 1 lb. is generally shipped via USPS. The necessary tracking information will be provided with your order making it easy for you to track your order with USPS.
Orders below 1 lb. are shippable via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
During the ordering process, our system automatically generates estimated shipping and delivery dates for your order. These estimates are based upon availability of the items ordered and the shipping options that you have selected. When making your order you’re able to select the shipping carrier of your choice.
Depending upon the carrier that you have chosen to deliver your order, an expected shipping date estimate may or may not appear on the shipping quote page. Shipping rates may vary per the weight of the purchase. Our shipping rates are all “weight-based.”
SimplyFlavor is proud to offer world-wide shipping to our valued customers around the globe. However, please keep in mind that we are not familiar with your country’s local laws and therefore the customer will assume all shipping risk at the time of purchase.
Once your package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. The responsibility is then transferred to the carrier. All of our international mail is shipped to our customers via USPS or DHL and will be listed as Flavor Extract.
When the USPS delivers your package internationally, these are your shipping options:
- First Class International Mail – The cost of international postage is weight-based and will vary depending upon the weight of your package. All of our first class international mail is assigned a tracking number enabling you to track your package with the USPS. Regrettably, once your package leaves the United States, we are no longer able to track the package with this shipping type. Please allow up to 20 business days for your package to arrive first class internationally. And please note that the customs process may delay the arrival of your package.
- Express International Mail – As with any other package type, express international mail is weight-based and assigned its own unique tracking number enabling you to conveniently track your package. With this shipping type, you’re able to track your package until it reaches its destination – your shipping address. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-10 business days with express international mail. Again, the customs process may delay the arrival of your package.
